The First Monday

Today, I was more nervous than I expected — because I realized I had to reintroduce myself.

Allow me to do that. My name is Christian Benjamin, and you may remember me from an email I used to send called Monday Motivation. And if you do, I want to say this plainly: I miss you.

A funny thing happened on the road to motivation though. I needed more motivation, more good words, more comfort than I had to give. I went through periods where I thought I lost everything. And then I lost more.

I lost myself. I closed my eyes. And everything went dark.

And then—one morning—I woke up. I found joy again. And I started writing about it.

Over time, that writing turned into a book. It also turned into something else I’ve been quietly working on: a weekly reset in the form of short parable videos, released every Monday, meant to be watched slowly before the week takes over.

So, on a Monday morning, allow me to introduce the hardest thing I’ve ever created. My magnum opus. Titled—yes, you guessed it—MONDAY. And it’s available on Amazon today.

And next, I want you to know that I’m back. We’re back. Together—every Monday morning. Because I can’t reset without sharing with you what I’ve learned along the way.
